I really loved this hotel with my family that i even cancelled my second hotel and booked my second week at this hotel. The location was perfect, which wasn’t too busy, and easy to get around from the hotel.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Tops the front desk manager really helped sort out our booking confusion. He called us after we checked in to make sure everything was good. Our room was beautiful, the pool view from our 7th floor room was very unique, and the room was well kept. Well it didn’t start off well. I was arriving at about 10am and asked if I could have an early check in. Initially they said if I checked in before 10am 100% of the room rate would apply and check in after 10am, 50% of the room rate would apply. So as my check in would be after 10am I told them I was happy with 50% for after 10am. However after a while they contacted me to say this was wrong and 100% of the room rate would apply regardless of the check in time. I could have argued it but chose not too. However the room was very nice, air con worked very well, room service was very good and the Florae Restaurant was excellent. The gym was very well equipped but the pool area wasn’t the most relaxing due to loud music being played there all day. The club lounge offered a nice breakfast but I did note there was no handrail to assist walking up the 10 or 12 steps. And my stay didn’t end well either. I rang the concierge 2 days before my departure to book a private car/ limousine to the airport but they failed to do this and they had to locate another vehicle at the last minute. So not a bad stay overall but they could do better.

I enjoyed the convenience of the place to get a grab to get to all the malls. The rooms are very spacious in the second building, you can walk to the 7eleven. I love this Hotel
