This is our first time being in Bangkok Thailand, all staff are super friendly and beyond helpful to help us get around . Hotel is really nice, bed and pillows are very comfortable, breakfast is absolutely delicious with so much varieties . There is not one thing I can think of that I’m not happy with hotel and their staff . Location is also great , very easy to get around ! Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel but some service concerns

I would give this hotel a higher score but I had a series of customer service issues that soured the stay for me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There’s a large stag . The restaurant is quite good and the breakfast spread really good. My issues are too long to get into, and likely not to affect others, but I will mention one thing that was not made clear in the booking. They have a separate building across the street with no staff on. duty and no services. That was uncomfortable for me as a senior traveling alone.

My family was completely wowed as soon as we were entered the hotel. We were not expecting such luxury. The hotel was beautiful and smelled good. It is on an extremely busy beach nyersection but they have staff to stop traffic to help you get across the streets safely. We had the family room. It was basically two rooms connected . One room with a king bed which was super comfortable and the other room with 2 twins beds. Both spaces very large. Despite being on busy interception we never heard cars or horns in our rooms. The staff was so attentive and extremely helpful. Our last day our 10 year old got sick. The front desk Lady name was Best. She helped us find 711, pharmacy and clinics to take my some as son. She was extremely concerned and helpful. She was just like her name…the best! The conceive guy Diamond referred us to a fabulous seafood place about a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast had something for everyone and it was included. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone. Our family loved our stay and only complaint was we didn’t stay long enough.
