Our room had a great view of the city with the balcony that we really enjoyed. The staff are incredibly focussed on ensuring we had the best day possible room was very modern and clean, and the bed is comfortable. They kept our luggage free of charge for over two weeks while we explored Thailand. Great experience at this hotel.

Boutique hotel with larger than average rooms and good location. Staff is attentive and good amenities. We had the family room and appreciated the extra space and the large bathroom. A shuttle/tuk tuk service is available every 15 minutes (every 30 min after 4pm) to/from Emporium Suites. Convenient but often have to wait long for shuttle to arrive or get stuck in traffic on Soi 24 during rush hour. We often ended up taking a grab from the hotel. The bathroom was clean, large and spacious but two complaints: (1) the shower water heater has a temp malfunction where water will switch between hot to warm every 20 seconds which gets annoying, (2) no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing or towels! The bedroom itself was large and the family room has a separate sitting area which is welcome space. Room outlets are 220v but accept North American plugs which is convenient if you don’t have a travel plug adapter. One of the closets was very odd- tall, narrow empty closet with no hanging rod or drawers. It was wasted space and we didn’t know how to use it. A set of drawers would’ve been nice in there. Breakfast selection was reasonably good but best to avoid the busy morning rush as the space quickly gets crowded. We stayed in both buildings. Avoid building 2 if you can. It feels like a self service hotel with no staff on the ground floor. Rooms were clean and large but it was an inconvenience to cross the street to use the gym, pool, breakfast which is in building 1.
