The apartment is ideal for couples, families, or small groups,
accommodating up to 4 guests. It features a sofa bed in the living room
in addition to the double bedroom, offering flexibility and comfort for
different types of guests. The 20 m² terrace is a true highlight: from
there you can enjoy the Sagrada Familia up close, an incredible sight,
especially at sunrise or sunset, when the light transforms the façade
into a breathtaking visual spectacle.

The apartment is very bright, thanks to its orientation and large
windows. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as
well as heating, ensuring comfort year-round. The open-plan kitchen is
fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal, from a
quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The living-dining area is spacious
and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city or
enjoying a quiet evening with family or friends.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited smoking inside the apartment and on the terrace.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guest access

Guests have access to all the apartment.

Staying at our apartment on Pasaje Maiol, you will have the Sagrada
Familia right in front of you, visible from your private terrace—an
unbeatable view of Barcelona’s most iconic landmark.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
