Elevate your visit to Barcelona with a stay in our newly renovated, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. Nestled on one of Barcelona's most charming yet serene streets, surrounded by quaint bakeries, chocolatiers, and cafés, our apartment offers an unparalleled experience. Housed within a historic building known for its notorious past residents, the property beautifully maintains its original modernist allure alongside characteristic charm, providing a unique backdrop to your stay.
The Space:
Discover spacious luxury and tasteful décor within our centrally located retreat. The apartment is bathed in natural light, courtesy of expansive French doors in the living room and master bedroom. It features two generously sized bedrooms: the master suite boasts a king-size bed (180cm), convertible into twin beds upon request, and an ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160cm), also adaptable to twin beds, and access to a large walk-in shower. The living room serves as a comfortable hub for relaxation and dining, with a convertible sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, and opens onto a quaint balcony, mirroring the master suite.
Amenities include a state-of-the-art 65" smart TV, high-speed fiber optic WiFi with 1GB bandwidth perfect for remote working, and central air conditioning/heating to ensure an ideal climate year-round. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, cable TV, a charming terrace, and welcomes pets. Linens, towels, and an array of modern conveniences are provided to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
