Noise: Respect for neighbors is mandatory. Authorities may retain part or all of the deposit in case of disturbances. The apartment is equipped with a noise detection device that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable it or exceed the allowed noise level may result in a fine between€50 and €250.





Smoking: Not allowed inside the apartment (fine €50 to €250)





Pets: Allowed under 10 kg upon request (fee +€20)





Towels: It is forbidden to use bath towels at the beach. Otherwise, €12 per item will be charged.





Standard check-in: 14:00 – 20:00

Late arrivals: +€20 after 20:00 +€30 after midnight +€10 per hour after 01:00

Identification: In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID details of all guests.
