Summary:

Luxury two bedroom spacious apartment with 2 large bathrooms and 2 living rooms one with a fully equipped kitchen. Each living room has a 2 person sofa bed and the apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments.

A reception is open for guests to check in and check out and secure luggage storage is available.

The apartment is situated in the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.



The Space:

Luxury two bedroom spacious apartment with balconies overlooking the street. Each apartment has 2 large bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms with a sofa bed in each. The apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments.

A reception is open for guests to check in and check out, offer local information and provide secure luggage storage if required.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.

The shared roof terrace is open from 10am to 8pm.



We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out in Inspired Gallery, the shop next door from the apartments.



Other Things to Note:

- On arrival you will have to pay the Barcelona tourist tax, 10,45 Euros per adult per night.



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.

Beautiful accommodations in the Gothic Quarter.

The apartment was roomy, clean, and in a great location. The manager was friendly and enthusiastically offered suggestions for local restaurants and amenities. I would happily stay here again.

The property manager (Alex) was awesome and very helpful and the flat was nice & in a great location to walk to the coast or wander deeper into the old city.

Excellent location and great vacation!

I spent a couple of days in this very well located apartment in the centre of Barcelona and close to all tourist attractions, metro, restaurants and tapas bars. It was clean with everything we needed. I could only recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the beautiful old town of Barcelona.

Great property and great location. Very helpful staff. Restaurants within a very, very short walk are incredible. We got a great feel for the Gothic District and it is near so many things to see. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location

This apartment was everything we had hoped for. The location was terrific - there is a great little bakery right across the street and a nice choice of tapas bars within a 2-3 minute walk. The cava sangria at Barcelona Tapas ( think that's the name) at the end of the block was worth traveling for!

Absolutely outstanding

Owner was very helpful during the booking process. The apartment is unbelievably nice, modern with anything you might need for a trip to Barcelona. The apartment is situated perfectly, right in the city centre with many great restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby. If we ever return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay in this apartment.

Charming location

My husband and I just spent 3 nights in the apt and I agree that location was excellent! Apt was clean, spacious, quiet and Jordi was extremely accommodating when we had to postpone for a few days. The one weird factor was the lack of windows facing anywhere other than a wall, but perhaps this is because of the location in a very old area. I would stay here again, the area was charming.

Great location and neighborhood

Alex was so great at check in and for other questions we needed answered. The location was perfect great area for small bistros and great food. The beds were really comfortable and lots of space for us to spread out. Alex sorry about the cab. We had to leave earlier because security at the airport was on strike

Fantastic apartment - Ideal Location

What a fantastic apartment, ideally located in the Gothic quarter, very central to all of the sights and sounds of Barcelona and only a few minutes' walk from its sandy beaches. Everything you could need within walking distance, shops, fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and of course the historic sites. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated & very comfortable & has the added bonus of WiFi. I am very much looking forward to returning again soon.

We had a lovely welcome from the staff in the gallery next door. Really friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well furnished. The bathrooms are nice and large and each bathroom had its own hairdryer which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. This apartment is really close to the cathedral and has lots of charming shops and bars nearby. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Gothic Quarter

Great location, apartment was clean and had great amenities for our brief stay. Close walk to many popular tourist destinations. The owner was very responsive. Alexandra was great and told us where to go and not go upon check-in. During our stay the only thing that was slightly annoying were the kids upstairs, who were loud, until 4 a.m., (oh to be young again!) otherwise we had a great stay.

It had everything!

Just stayed here 4 days. This apt. is spacious, clean and super well-located. Walk to restaurants, museums, everything. Alex works in the 1st floor gift shop and manages the units. She went over the top to make sure we had what we needed. Better than any hotel concierge. Thank you Alex, and thank you Barcelona!

Wonderful location and Great Clean Bathroom

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for four nights after a 10 day Med Cruise. Great location in the old section. We did not use the kitchen because there were to many tapas and restaurants to mention in the area. Great little bakery just out side the door. with coffee and wonderful French bread to go for breakfast. Large bathroom and very clean throughout. Comfortable beds. We would certainly stay there again on our next visit to Barcelona. Terrific location for cruisers. Kenneth, Mandeville, La.

Well situated, quiet and nicely renovated apartment in the Gothic Quartier

We were happy with the apartment that was nicely renovated, and being on the 5th floor, received sun shine. (The buildings can be very close together in the Gothic Quarter.). The layout was fine, and would be ideal for two couples because the two bedrooms are separated by the living areas, thus providing privacy. The bathrooms were nice, and apartment was clean. It was quiet day and night, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops, Sensi Bistro being our favorite.

Everything and more

Very pleased with our accommodation (two adults and two grown up sons!) We took Appts A and B in Number II and was very impressed with the layout, space, kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the fabulous location. Gothic Quarter is amazing and truly close to the beach, the ramblers and gateway to the Metro. The staff/owners of Inspired Gallery were on hand for anything and very helpful overall. Great shops and bakery a few steps away - overall great cultural place to stay - would recommend to anyone. Thanks to all especially Jodi who coordinated all for us.
