We didn’t have hot water for 3 days!! Then the last night sitting on the toilet, water from the room above us started pouring down on top of me. Ask for a discount or refund for the days we had no hot water and they said no. They would give us a 10% discount on our next stay. We will never stay here ever again!! Go someplace else!! It’s a dump

Went for a weekend get. Room was clean and smelled good was surprised being it's an older motel. Was quiet at, except for the first night around 3am the trash truck at the store next door was making it's rounds. Not the motels fault. No complaints with our stay here. Will definitely use this motel is in the area again

Very courteous and helpful front desk clerk. Our room was spacious and kept clean and fresh with the lady in housekeeping. I talked to her several times going in and out and she was so nice! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Baytown. Highly recommend
