Checked in to water not working due to construction of new pool. Half of the lights did not work. We did have a great view. Maybe they should have closed while they were making a pool for the hotel.

Underwhelmed

When we arrived it was a very easy and friendly check in. Unfortunately, when we got to our room it was very warm. We thought maybe we needed to set the temp low to cool it down. By the next morning it was not very cool. The ac would work when it wanted. Also, we noticed the hotel is undergoing a lot of renovations which was unfortunate since we really couldn’t enjoy the facility.

Friendly and supportive staff engagements. Room cleanliness on second floor could have used a few touches: only had room checked once during our stay, noticeable few on side table that had ran down side closet to bed, pandora neckless found in bathroom underneath sink. Toilet had running water issue each time toilet was flushed and rusty piping. Not major concerns, but reportable here.
