Good and friendly staff understands English if not they have translation app that they use to help with needed and also was kept clean rooms during our stay and close to some attractions and safe area and also walking distance to the Wangfujing street which is lively and with colorful night lights and shopping friendly and breakfast is good also Little pricy compared with other hotel but worth it

In the description on Expedia app, it says they’ve shuttle from airport to the hotel there’s no shuttle, also mentions about hot tub, sauna and other services thats not true. Swimming pool in ok condition you’ve buy the head ware from guy in charge sitting in the pool with cash or WeChat or Alipay other than that you can’t swim.

Overall a good stay. Although the hotel is older it seems to be well maintained and cleaned. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located walking distance to Wang Fu Jing. Location is good, but the hotel is a bit old and lack maintenance. The room door is unable to close properly on its own, the shower tap mixer was not working well. The room was very stuffing as the air conditioner was switched to natural ventilation after mid night.

The Unfriendly front desk person, but great hotel

Great location, the only thing that I do not like is the person who helped me with the check in process. She helped me last year too. She does not possess a friendly and welcoming personality. She should be trained!
