Perfect for us

Excellent stay at the Maldron, lovely clean room, great powerful shower and large fluffy towels. Additional pillows if needed. Check in and out was super efficient. Staff were all attentive. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel was perfectly located for us travelling around Belfast centre. We will definitely choose this hotel when we return for another trip.

We were very pleased with our stay at Maldron Hotel. The location is excellent, I gave it a 4 star on area around the hotel only because it is in the City Centre, and there were a few sketchy looking people walking around, but in spite of that, the location was excellent! It was near many restaurants. Some special touches were that there were bathrobes, slippers, and an iron in the room. Boxes of water, coffee, and several different kinds of cookies were also provided. The room was immaculately clean. I would definitely stay here again, and I will recommend it to anyone traveling to Belfast.

Nice, but simply too small for a family.

Family room was, whilst nicely decorated, too small to be comfortable for a family of four. The website photos do a great job of hiding this fact. Wouldnt recommend the family rooms for a family tbh.

I did not appreciate being asked to pay 1£ per bag for charity to have my bags checked while we spent 2 extra hours after checkout — I am generous charity donor but I found this to be very petty as you are a professional hotel with expensive enough rates. Do you need an extra pound to check my bag for 2 hours? A bit of a money grab which I’m sorry I did not appreciate and left a sour taste to the overall nice experience of your hotel. I wouldn’t recommend now. Just left a bad taste.
