Room was clean, the free continental breakfast was very good. The proximity to Bellis Fair, Fred Myer, and Costco are very convenient. The manager ( Iqbal Sarn) was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

This was a real find! We stayed an extra day because it was convenient and the staff were wonderful! We were able to do laundry and enjoy time in the hot tub and pool!

Room was clean, all bedding and towels were nice white and clean. Hotel is older but seems well maintained. Located right on the main street where there are lots of dining and shopping options.

My room selected online was not available on the first floor upon check-in, I was told that I could have a similar room(king sized bed) on the 2nd floor close to the elevator, as I am an ADA customer and and cannot carry my luggage up and down the stairs. When I got to my room, it was the standard double queen bed room. When I went downstairs to ask about it, the front desk associate was swamped with other clients for a couple of hours. The coffee area was dirty with sugar, and coffee spilled , and the coffee pots were constantly empty at around 9pm. The front desk people were very nice and you could tell that they were try hard to make everyone happy, so I did not wish to add to their already full plates and complain about such small things.

I needed to book a room for my 80y/o mother to stay after my dad was life flighted to St Joseph’s hospital from Lopez island. When I called and booked I explained that my Mom was very frail and needed an ADA compliant room with a walk in shower. The staff seemed to be caring and understanding. After receiving a call from her at 1:32 am stating that she had called 911 and that I needed to get up there as she had fallen and hit her head on the bathtub and couldn’t see out of her right eye. I caught the first flight out of SLC. Absolute dump. Didn’t realize this was a weekly rental motel. Lots of nefarious activity on and in the surrounding area of the motel. Was supposed to be an ADA compliant room with an open shower. There was no ADA compliance whatsoever. Photos are Deceiving on their website. Beware.

I stayed there about 5 days and I was appoached 3 times by two staff members, who asked me how my stay was and if they could do anything for me. I had to get to the airport at 3AM, but there were no taxies or Uber at that time that I could set up. They arranged a private driver for me and I had no worries. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was great with a good assortment. My bed was very comfortable. Hi give 6 stars!
