Large penthouse with contemporary furnishings located in one of the best golf areas of the Costa Del Sol, Los Arqueros.

Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful bright living room opening onto the first sunny terrace.

The solarium offers a large terrace with a shaded area and beautiful unobstructed views of the golf course and the mountains, a modern chill out area, a large table for your dinners, a barbecue, a sunbathing area, and an outdoor shower to cool off , but also a play area with ping-pong table

It is the ideal place to make the most of outdoor life under the Andalusian sun.!



The communal swimming pool with thatched umbrellas and lounge chairs offers a quiet and comfortable setting. The complex is a few minutes from the Los Arqueros golf course, that offers a tennis court, paddle tennis court, gym, bowling alley and restaurant (for a fee).

We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.





Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !

Beautiful location

We had a lovely stay. Knowing the area well over the years this was a perfect venue. Clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of six. The terrace seating and eating area were a real plus, along with the table tennis. BBQ was very useful though may need replacing at the end of the season. A place we would go back to.

Nice place, nice location and clean, mixed feelings though

While our arrival at La Torre appartments was very nice and we had a warm welcome from the rental agent, our stay left us with mixed feelings. Let's start with the complex which is lovely and clean, lots of plants,flowers and an excellent clean community pool. The apartment was clean aswel and has everything you need. Nice view. The rooftop terrace is a good addition although too hot for summer months. It has a shower and table-tennis and fussball table. (Be aware that there is another complex overlooking the rooftop so privacy only on the lower terrace) We had a bit of an issue with the A/C as it was unable to reach below 25 degrees. Credits to the agent there was a service next day and it worked. This brings us to the next issue: The A/C has zone control per room but uses flaps in each room outlet to close or open depending on the temperature demand. The servo's that open/close are clearly audible in the silence of night and woke us up every 10/15 minutes. The only solution is to turn it off,...We waited a long time for a mechanic that would come but did not show. We think the system is not broken thought just a poor choice. Nearing the end of our holiday we returned to find the sun canopy collapsed on the terrace. A substantial block of the andalucian roofing cement had broken off and took it down. Luckily none of our family had been sitting there at the time. We spent the last couple of days with this broken tarp/arm on the terrace and no shade. Bit of a shame.

Beautiful apartment and the rooftop area is really special. Great space to relax in the evenings. Not far to the golf club where we enjoyed a meal or 2, also easy enough to get taxi’s into Puerto Banus. Thank you for a lovely holiday, would book again.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment and the best one we have stayed in on los arqerous. Great decor and spacious, roof terrace was amazing and will defo go back.
