This spectacular seafront apartment is located on the ninth floor of the well-known Benalbeach complex (Costa de Benalmádena). It has magnificent sea views from all windows and the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room with TV and satellite (signal depending on the community), 5 community pools, gardens, a gym with spa and jacuzzi, a beauty center and a supermarket, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.



Magnificent apartment facing the sea with impressive frontal and open views to the sea from one of the highest floors. It is one of the most impressive properties in the complex and ideal for families and couples.



This apartment has an open floor plan feeling, with one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a double sofa bed included.



The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



The Benal Beach complex is located right in front of the beach and 5 minutes walking from Paloma Park. It also has a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including... 5 community pools, a pool bar, tropical gardens, a gym.



Access to the complex by car is allowed through the gates, which are controlled by reception (please ring the doorbell).



Community satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for, nor do we have control over signal loss.



Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.



CHECK-IN: 24-hour reception. Entry at any time from 3:00 PM (except from June 15 to September 15, entry from 4:00 PM). Early entry before the official time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of the pool and the slide may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

Identity document images and selfies will be deleted the day after arrival. All customers must register to comply with local legislation. In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
