We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



Pool and slide schedules may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.



PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.



Community satellite TV, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, paid directly at the gym.



Tourist entertainment in Benalmádena:



- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Dolphinarium and Penguin Park Selwo Marina that contains the only dolphinarium and penguins in Andalusia.



The complex is 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station. The complex's Athens gym has a spa and sauna. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex. Taxi service from Benalbeach to the airport: 20-25.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
