The property is fully air-conditioned and features a nice terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.

The Neighborhood:

Benalmádena is a coastal town on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, and it is usually understood as having three main areas that together form the municipality. These areas developed at different times, so each one has a different character and atmosphere.

Benalmádena Pueblo is the oldest part of the town. It sits on a hill a few kilometres inland from the coast and has the traditional appearance of an Andalusian white village. The streets are narrow and winding, with whitewashed houses, small plazas, and viewpoints looking out over the Mediterranean. It is quieter than the coastal areas and feels more local and traditional. Many residents who prefer a calm environment and panoramic views choose to live here.

Below the pueblo is Arroyo de la Miel, which is the modern town centre and the most populated part of Benalmádena. This area developed more recently and functions as the everyday hub of the municipality. It has shops, supermarkets, schools, restaurants, and the train station that connects Benalmádena to Málaga, the airport, Torremolinos, and Fuengirola. Arroyo de la Miel is where many locals live year-round, and it has a mix of residential buildings, commercial streets, and attractions such as Parque de la Paloma and the cable car.

Along the shoreline is Benalmádena Costa, the coastal zone that attracts most visitors. This area runs along the beaches and the seaside promenade and contains many hotels, holiday apartments, beach clubs, and restaurants. One of its most famous landmarks is Puerto Marina, a large and lively marina known for its distinctive architecture, nightlife, and waterfront dining. Because of its beaches and entertainment options, this area tends to be busier and more tourist-oriented than the other parts of the town.

Together, these three areas—Benalmádena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel, and Benalmádena Costa—create a town that combines traditional Andalusian character, a practical modern centre, and a lively seaside resort atmosphere.
