This hotel is advertised as being in the Bergen airport terminal - it is most certainly not. They really need to correct their advertising. I picked this hotel because we had an extremely early morning flight, and Expedia said this hotel is 200 m from the airport and the other airport hotel is further. That is not the case. My mother has serious mobility issues and this hotel required about 10 minutes of walking (more when it was raining because parts of the walk are uncovered and thus icy - and I was very concerned about her slipping and falling). It was just really disappointing overalL. Additionally - it was impossible for us to get any hot water late at night for showers - we got tepid showers at best. They did offer us to-go boxes for the breakfast buffet because we couldn’t make breakfast, but overall I would say this hotel is not great for anyone who may have limited mobility - unless you want to take a taxi from the terminal.

The pillows were to big and it was next to the airport, not at it, It was a long walk for an 86 year old man. Otherwise it was satisfactory and the employees were good. It was better than being away from the airport.

We stayed overnight for our 6 am flight. The super early 4 am breakfast was appreciated. Also, found out the wall-attached hair dryer was not working after I washed my hair. They sent a hair dryer to the room for me. It was a very nice stay. Would definitely come here again.

Decent size room conveniently located within 5 minutes walk to the terminal. Helpful friendly staff at check in. All toiletries provided. Very nice breakfast at 4:am before our flight.

The location near the airport and transport to the city centre using the light rail tram/bus was important to us with a few days stay. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable with fluffy pillows (flat pillows would help) the bathroom with bathtub made it more relaxing. The soundproof of the rooms was excellent. The breakfast was first class.

The breakfast had an amazing choice of healthy food in addition to the normal standard of choice. We had a large choice of breakfast. The ease of choosing your sitting without being questioned about which room number ect. The staff was amazing as we were placed at a better room without being asked for extra fees. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Overall a great choice.

Walking distance to Airport. Less than 10 minutes from lobby to airport departure counters. Staff set aside an airport luggage cart for us since we had a 6:00 am flight. Staff provided very clear walking instructions to the airport departures and the availability of "take-out" breakfast boxes for our early departure. Walkway is about 80% covered and we did have light rain in the morning (remember this is Bergen)!

Great Hotel at the Bergen Airport

My room was very clean and the bath was well equipped with soap, shampoo and lotion. The hotel was very nice. The staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious … more vegan lotions would have been nice. Olaf in the restaurant/bar was very friendly, patient and offered terrific service.
