Motel with a crappy band-Aid. No smoke alarm, no dead bolt, heater blows cold air, ants and knats. The first room I went in it was disgusting and I had to wipe everything down myself and I reached out for a refund, they offered a new room. I heard the cleaning crew ‘cleaning’ the new room they offered me, idk what they were doing because it was exactly the same and the side tables were so sticky and dirty like no one has looked at them in months. Don’t stay here unless you want a room cleaned by people with no standards or care for what they do and provide. No smoke alarm really throws me off

The hot tub was unique. Room was romantic and sleek but I will say it is noisy as well as you can hear next doors hot tubs . It is not as quiet as you would want overall

The location of this property was the only pleasant attribute to our experience. Our room that we reserved for was turned in to us 2 hours after initial check in time (5 pm), and to our surprise it was FILTHY. The room looked nothing like the online pictures and was un sanitized, uncleaned, it literally looked like there was a party the night before and that’s how it was turned in to us. I had initially called at12pm and spoke to someone who assured me that the room would be ready by 3:30. I had communicated to this property the moment I arrived for concerns and accommodations, leaving 2 voice calls and yet still no reply. The property advertised there being a ‘welcome gift upon arrival’ but the only gift we received was a horrible experience. When they decided to contact us, it was only via text and still did not answer our concerns. They gave us the next available room and still ignored our requests. They have a really strict late policy $50 for every 15 min late yet they declined to answer our questions when we asked what about when the property turns in a room late? This property was not well maintained and was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never again! Waste of time and money.
