Had a rust stained refrigerator that needs to be painted to cover flaws. This is an older hotel but it mostly was well kept. Pool too small. Had a great breakfast.

WORSE YOU LET THE MANAGER DECIDE NOT TO REFUND ME

This hotel needs to be bulldozed down..IT IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND FULL OF MOLD!! THE FIRST ROOM HAD MOLD IN THE BATHROOM AND BEHIND THE CURTAINS. SO I WENT GET ANOTHER ROOM WHICH WAS 10X WORSE..MOLD EVERYWHERE , NO SMOKE ALARM, JUST A HOLE WITH WIRES HANGING THROUGH, I DON’T KNOW WHAT THE HELL WAS ON THE MIRROR. THEY EVEN HAVE DIM LIGHTS IN THERE HOPING THAT YOU WONT SEE THE MOLD WHICH DIDN’T COVER UP THE MOLD OR SMELL ! SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I LEFT THAT DUMP WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF BEING THERE!! BUT THE . BUT THE UGLIEST THING WAS THE MANAGER (or who claimed to be the manager).VERY UGLY AND RUDE, SOMEONE NEEDS TO FORCE HER TO STAY IN THOSE MOLDED ROOMS. THE SUPPOSEDLY MANAGER WAS SO STUPID THAT SHE EVEN SAID THAT THEY HAD A BIG WATER LEAK AND THAT THEY PAINTED THE CELING WITH SOME KIND OF MOLD PAINT, WHICH OBVIOUSLY DIDN’T WORK!!! THE POOL’S WATER WAS EVEN GREEN WITH TRASH FLOATING IN THE WATER! THEN WHEN I REFUSED TO STAY THERE SHE REFUSED TO REFUND ME, SAYING IT WAS A NON REFUNDABLE ROOM. SO THEN I CALLED HOTELS.COM BECAUSE I DROVE OVER AN HOUR TO GET TO THIS DUMP I HAD ALL INTENTIONS OF STAYING THERE, SO IT WAS NO FAULT OF MINE THAT THEY ARE ISSUING MOLD INSTEAD OF COMFORT!! BUT ANYWAY BACK TO HOTELS.COM YOU ARE PROMOTING THIS HOTEL THAT LOOKS NICE IN THE PICTURES BUT THEN WHEN YOU GET THERE YOU GET WHAT MY PICTURES WHICH ARE DISTURBING. SO EITHER YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT THE HOTELS LOOK LIKE THAT YOU ARE PROMOTING OR YOU JUST DON’T CARE! I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM EVER AGAIN

This property was decrepit, filthy and my room was left dirty for more than half of my stay. I had to request fresh towels, toilet paper and trash to be taken out. When expressing my concerns, management argued with me instead of listening. Room locks were also janky and made me feel unsafe. One staff member, retired Navy, was amazing but way overworked.
