A younger gentlemen was at the front desk when we checked in and an older gentleman was at the front desk when we checked out. Both of them were so very kind and went above and beyond to be helpful.

The person working the front desk was very rude did not want to understand that I was clueless about the $50 deposit and then when I asked for the key to the room and where exactly was it located the person behind the front counter just pointing at a map on the wall like I was supposed to know what it meant room on top of that the room smelled like smoke and I booked a non smoking room toiletries were missing from the room and when I walked back to the office for my receipt for the $50 deposit and to request another room I was told no other one was available

Nice place to stay.

There was an issue with my debit card when checking in. The desk clerk quickly resolved it. It was a pleasant stay. My family and I felt safe. It's also a great location.

Check in was effortless , room large & spotless , bed comfortable & spacious. Shower was clean with lots of hot water. Only negative comment would be the patron above us sounds as if they were jumping rope or falling thru ceiling.
