The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2022, and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. This holiday accommodation is family-friendly. Available for shared use are: lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Biograd na Moru. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
