I came in thinking my wife was staying overnight at UAB hospital. I literally was in the room for 5 minutes and they told us we could leave that night ! Sad that I couldn’t get a refund or at least half . Done with Hilton

Weekend trip

The hotel is old, with renovations ongoing, so the smell of paint in the hallway was strong. Some of our party had trouble with doors not closing and keys not working, but overall it was "ok". Not a good value for the price however.

There was no valet parking. The coffee shop was closed. The lower level bar was closed. I couldn't get into a room until 4;00PM. The staff was mannerable but they provided very little service. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here to be close to work during winter weather…Clean, quiet, comfy, walking distance from lots of places, friendly staff! Shower water was cool but could have been a result of extreme cold temperatures. This was my second stay, and I would stay again!

This Hilton really didn't meet my expectations. I couldn't get in my room due to the wrong key. Heater wasn't working properly due to lower battery. Water was slow running out of the tub. The clerk said parking was $5 but end of paying $15.
