The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming at check in; I had to removed the back of toilet to flush and had to request maintenance when the chain fell off; woman in the room next to us was so loud talking on her phone we felt like we were in the conversation; door to parking garage was not room card secured; and same woman at check-in was rude when checking out. Also Starbucks line was very long and out of everything. The stay was so horrible I would advise anyone to seek another hotel.

Bathroom floor and shower were dirty. The room was fine. Breakfast service was terrible. I sat for 10 min. Before even being greeted or given a menu. Food was fine but the service was very slow. I could not find server to check out and had to ask someone else. She then made me wait 10 min. Finally, she checked me out when my server did not come back at all. In all I felt the staff was not interested in any customer service. Check in was slow despite no one being in front of me. The staff was talking when I went to check in and made me wait til they finished their conversation. It was odd. I felt invisible the whole time. However, once I did get checked in the front desk person was friendly.
