I only needed to stay at the hotel for one night, I was in town for Easter service. The hotel is decently priced, but its appearance does not match what it advertises online. The rooms were clean mostly (shower had loose hair in it). The other portions of the hotel were very old looking and clearly not serviced daily. This was also reflected in the restaurant in the hotel. The Staff in the dining were fantastic, friendly, and very professional; but all this was overshadowed by the appearance: it honestly gave the impression of an IHOP with a bar. It was only a 2-mile ride to the hotel, but the area the hotel is in was a bit suspicious as well. I won't be staying again, but if you just need a quick turnaround hotel then I wouldn't say don't stay.

Upon arrival and checking in I greeted the staff and let her know I had an reservation for that day. She begins to take my identification card, fine. She then begins to give me an invoice to sign. While singing she then states. "Also there will be a $50.00 deposit for incidentals." Which I believe should have been posted on the site or somehow before hand. Getting into the room the room was very hot I cut the air on and it wasn't getting cool I cut it all the way down to 60 degrees, I then begin to sweat. I let the receptionist know my air isn't working she told me " Give it and hour or so." I did... Came back down an 1 hour later she was gone. I asked for another room only to be told that they were fully booked. The entire night I suffered from being hot going outside multiple times. My guest and I weren't pleased at all. Upon checking out I addressed it again and that receptionist stated she would get me between 50-100% of the money back. I've yet to hear from them. The furniture was old and outdated the mattress OH MY GOODNESS

Older property that's a bit run-down. Next to the highway, so noise can be an issue. Bathroom recently updated, small but nice. Comfortable bed and reasonable rates. Staff was good about switching my room to a quieter side of the hotel

At first I regretted booking this specific holiday Inn because of the location and the appearance when arriving, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Everything looked nice. It was kept together well. The rooms were just as good as any other hotel and I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning

Great Staff

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near the airport. The rooms are a little outdated, particularly the bathrooms which needs to be a little larger. The rooms were clean. Overall, what we loved was the Bar and Grill. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Loved the happy hour vibe and food. But most importantly, one of the staff members made us feel welcomed. Jojo. She was friendly and made our experience at the hotel enjoyable!!!

The room was very clean and tidy. However, the air conditioner was not very cold. We had it set to 68° and both of us were very warm the entire time. We're from Mobile so heat isn't a big deal, but when it's cooler outside than the a/c then that's a problem especially when you can't open the windows. The Keurig machine was nonfunctional as well, but that's not really a big deal. The toilet ran 24/7 and it was really loud. I tried jiggling the handle to get it to stop, but it never worked. I don't know if this is a valid problem, but the hotel didn't provide any handsoap. It was only shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. We also didn't get a trashcan for the bathroom and no trash bags for the trashcan in the room. There wasn't an ice machine that we could find either.
