I had booked a king bed room, and when arrived I had a king bed in the room but also a set of bunk beds, and no chair with a reading lamp. I did not want or need the bunk beds. I need need a chair and reading lamp as I had planned to do some reading time and didn't want to use the rather uncomfortable desk chair, which was the only chair available in the room. The carpet was stained in multiple areas, and the water in the sink drained extremely slow and needed attention from maintenance. Later the card I had provided for unexpected expenses as required at check in, was compromised and I had to cancel my card for fraud, which I suspect was related to providing to this hotel. The food served in the breakfast area was terrible. The foods that were supposed to be hot were instead cold, and the yogurt and foods that should be cold were instead room temperature. The food was certainly not worth the $15 charge..Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and I will never stay at this hotel again.

I really recommend you stay somewhere else. Though the service is good, it is obvious that the staff that is maintaining the property no longer cares. The carpets in the room look like they were installed in the 80's and the mattress is worn out. And, though it is not their fault, the hotel is in a very bad area. They address that well with constant security, but that,to me, was a constant reminder of the community the hotel is located in. Pay a little more ans stay somewhere else.

The location was ideal for my stay. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly and extended so much grace to me due to my circumstances. One drawback I felt could improve was the length of the wait for check-in. The front desk person was also the shuttle driver so several of us checking in at the same time had to wait until the shuttle returned.

Not a good stay....at all

The bed was comfortable....that's about the only good thing about our stay......well the staff was nice too. But other than those 2 things, everything else was terrible. The hotel smells old and musty and feels damp. Our tub/shower backed up with water, and the toilet didn't flush completely. We were offered another room but it was alreqdy 12am when we discovered the issues. The nice maintenance guys tried to fixvit but it didnt work. This place needs to be completely renovated. 0 out of 10....do not recommend

Close to the airport and highway. No trouble accessing uber. Door didn’t automatically lock when closed and hairdryer did not work. Mgmt unable to provide working hairdryer and I was attending a wedding. Very large pool party. Hallways smelled of marijuana. Was a cheap stay but not like any wyndham or Ramada I’ve stayed at before

This was the WORST hotel I have ever been to in my life! VERY unsafe area. It took forever to check in. When I got to my room it was muggy, stale and dirty. Hairs in the bed, bed skirt was dirty, pictures on wall were crooked and banged up. Bathroom was dirty. I ended up just leaving and going to a different hotel. I needed a place close to the airport but left and went back about 5 miles. Oh and when I was leaving there was a huge hike in the hallway Sheetrock I didn’t even notice but walking back out I did. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay there!!!!!!
