Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cozy and had all we needed. Space was odd to get around the bed to get to the bathroom, but i would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was great and i love that they have a fridge and microwave and mini coffee machine in the room.

Was already taking a shower only to find out the Body Wash canister in the shower was empty. Had to use the shampoo as soap for my body. Also, found out you have to pay extra ($15?) if you want to check in earlier than schedule. I’ve requested such early registration in other hotels and they will accommodate free of charge if there are available rooms ready for occupancy.

A standard cheapish motel. Everything was clean, housekeeping seems to do a fine job, but ownership needs to upgrade and take care of a few things. Mattresses are either very old, or very cheap. Possibly both. By comparison, the Vagabond across the street, which is where I would usually stay, recently updated all their beds. Other things such as the taps in the bathroom sink are difficult to operate. Again, cheap products that don’t last. Lastly, the in room heater/air-conditioning had one setting and that was what might be referred to as cranked. So either blasting furnace, or nothing. The morning breakfast was ok. Nothing you’re going to write home about but totally fine.

The room didn't really maintain Best Western usual standards. It was very noisy, i could hear the neighbors literally putting the toilet seat down. The HVAC was also especially loud to the point that i kept the closed captioning on the TV to keep the volume at a reasonable level. Definitely a mediocre experience.
