Clean room, hot shower, and excellent breakfast. The reception is nice and super friendly with us. A bit loud with the 395 passing through town with all the trucks but no big deal. I enjoyed it a lot here and will be back when I plan to ski in Mammoth and June!

Unbelievable experience. The moment I walked into the room, the bathroom floor was already soaked—and then I realized why: water was actively dripping from the ceiling light. Yes, an ELECTRICAL ceiling light with water coming through it. A blatant safety hazard and completely unacceptable. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be moved. They flat-out refused and claimed they had “no rooms available.” Meanwhile, guests were being checked in right in front of me. So either they were lying, or they truly didn’t care enough to fix the issue.

Expedia has charged the hotel but failed to book for us, and there is no other options because all the hotels are fully booked in the area. Room was clean, functioning, no rattles in the AC/Heat unit, great water pressure, plenty of soap and shampoo... The ONLY letdown was b'fast. I don't stay somewhere just for their free b'fast, but they do advertise it, so... I was hugely disappointed in the powdered eggs they served. Really? Happily, there are plenty of quick meals in the area.

There was a problem with our room and the the lady on duty was very efficient and quickly reallocated us another room. Our room was comfortable, fairly quiet and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
