There are much better places

Bedbugs, trash never emptied anywhere in the hotel. Room not serviced. Breakfast items empty 30 minutes after serving. Hotel is in poor condition and rundown. It is being mis-managed.

Good hotel with a few drawbacks

The hotel was fine. It was clean and tidy and breakfast was pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel, particularly the hallways, had a musty smell. The room was in pretty good condition, but it was missing pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are never great, but this was a really thin mattress and I could feel every metal support beneath it. My mom and daughter slept in the main bedroom of the suite and that bed seemed really comfortable.
