The facilities were overall really pretty and this is a really nice place to stay for a couple of nights. However, compared to other Colombian hotels that I’ve stayed at, this one is lacking just a bit in terms of attention and check-in efficiency. Positive highlights: - Very nice and clean rooms - Kind staff (as in most Colombian hotels). - Convenience of shuttle bus offered by the hotel (from 5am to 11pm) Negative highlights: - Missing some of the attentiveness that is so characteristic amongst Colombian people. I wanted to check if it was possible to arrange transportation with the hotel after active hours (I was willing to pay an additional fee if required) but it was not possible. This is understandable, however, they also did not mention any safe alternatives available in Colombia for transportation. Only limiting to the automated response of the Hotel Shuttle bus available hours. - The balcony seemed to be under construction - The check-in process was not very efficient - I am not quite sure if there was a service to help you carry your bags into your room. A very kind hotel staff member helped me with my bags as I was struggling but I am not sure if this is standard. - The breakfast buffet food was very cold
