One of the best indoor pool and hot tub areas I have ever seen at a hotel, with lots of clean towels available, a good breakfast and the room was updated and clean and quiet room. There was lots of parking available around the hotel which was important to us as we were pulling a trailer. On the downside, there were no luggage carts at the front door when we checked in,, and had to lug our baggage and a full cooler up to the 4th floor ourselves. The front desk staff member made a minimal attempt to assist by looking for carts on security cameras but as we pressed for help, no further effort was given such as a quick call to other guests who had recently checked to see if they a cart in their room or call for assistance from other staff who were working to find carts or assist us. The hotel is part of the larger Hilton chain and if a situation like this came up at a Hilton Hotel, very likely the front desk would be paging other staff to look for carts and/or assist guests with their luggage vs. “It’s not my problem” attitude this front desk person gave us. Other hotel problems included no soap in the main Men’s Restroom near the lobby, the shower pressure was weak in our bathroom and our king size mattress was quite hard.
