You can hear people stomping around and the walls are thin. I might’ve caught the bartender of the night a woman names Annabel on the wrong day. She is rude and unprofessional. Took my order incorrectly and then asked me if I communicated with the chef?! I’m a paying guest, it’s now my job to communicate with the chef and figure out what went wrong with my food order. I’m still waiting for my credit card to be credited for the meal that I canceled. It’s not worth it for me to ever stay here again. It’s unfair to pay money for subpar services.

Yes, but the check was marred by your crazy parking app. The room was small and depressing and I took one look at the breakfast offerings and headed to the nearest coffee shop. Given the price, it was unsatisfactory.

Reception personnel was the best part of our stay. Both gentlemen grated us with a smile, friendly and helpful. I am not used to traveling and had a number of questions which were greeted with no irritation, but an attitude that wanted to make my trip as seamless as possible.
