Lots of good points.

Great place with large comfortable rooms good beds and table with fridges etc. Very convenient location. Looks shabby if they don’t get rid of those awful peeling desk chairs - before you renovate No excuse!

Rooms are huge. We had a kitchenette with a full fridge which was nice to have. Super comfortable. Very clean. The only thing was that the walls are thin (could hear the neighbouring room but it was ok). Definitely ask for the top floor. I would stay there again.

Refrigerator was really loud, especially ice maker. Plumbing was super loud — it made a shrieking noise that woke us up early in the morning. If you are short ( I am) it was nearly impossible to get dishes and glasses out of the cupboard because of where it was hung — and they pushed all dishes and glasses back against the rear. Door to the bathroom needed to be oiled. Extremely loud opening and shutting. You’d wake your partner if you used the bathroom during the night. Housekeeping gals were super loud calling to each other in the hallway. Yup, kind of early at times and woke us up.

Clean. Window was open which made the room very humid but the AC kicked in strong and quick when turned on. This is not Residence's issue, but please people.... don't let your kids scream after 11pm.
