Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen + 2 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto on upouusi - kaikki kalusteet. Se sisältää yhden kuningatar ja yhden täysikokoisen kylpyhuoneet. Yksikkö on erittäin puhdas ja erittäin kauniisti sisustettu. Vain 5 minuutin kävelymatka Ashmont-asemalle (punainen viiva), josta pääset suoraan DOWNTOWN Bostoniin, Harvard Square, South Boston, Kendall / MIT, U Mass. Lähellä on kaksi hienoa ravintolaa - Ashmont Grill ja Tavolo Ristorante, sekä paikallinen kahvila + Dunkin aivan T-aseman yli.

Avaruus
Kotimme on rakennettu 1890-luvun alkupuolella. Se sijaitsee Ashmont Hillissä, joka on alue Bostonin Dorchesterin naapurustossa - joka tunnetaan kauniista viktoriaanisista kodeistaan, monipuolisesta ja eklektisestä naapurustostaan. Talo sijaitsee vain noin viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Ashmont T -asemalta, joka on punaisen viivan ensimmäinen tai viimeinen asema. Erittäin kätevä.

Ashmont-huoneisto on kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa (Karttahuone) on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa huoneessa (Elefanttihuone) on täysikokoinen sänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Huoneistossa on avoin olohuone ja keittiö. Pitkäaikaisilla vierailla (vähintään 7 päivää) on tarvittaessa pääsy pesukoneeseen ja kuivaajaan. Kysy ystävällisesti isäntältäsi uudelleen. mitä pesukonetta ja kuivaajaa käytetään, koska kiinteistössä on kaksi sarjaa.

Kaikki on aivan uusi, moderni ja erittäin mukava.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Northeastern University (yliopisto). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto. Huoneistossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Eddie is an EXCELLENT host. He was super responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and the decor was great. Subway is an easy 10 minute walk from house and we could go pretty much anywhere in the city. The only downside for us was not enough tall chairs for 4 adults to enjoy eating together, too few towels and washcloths, and the washer advertised in the description was only available to long term guests. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

This was a lovely apartment with great amenities and well equipped kitchen. It was sparkling clean with comfortable beds. Just an FYI, it was farther from downtown than I expected; a 20-25 Uber/Lyft or 25-30 minute train ride, and there is not much within walking distance. Knowing that, it was a nice apartment with good outdoor patio

Charming restored Victorian house; immaculately maintained

This was a lovely Victorian home and it is evident that the owners take a lot of pride in maintaining it and providing for their guests. The beds were comfortable and the shower lovely. There were plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking, although we did not use them. The downsides were a couple. As others mention, there is not a lot of sound insulation. One night we had a family above us and you could hear very clearly the sound of little feet running overhead. You also can clearly hear road noise from the two nearest streets. Fortunately, both of these noises settled down by 10:00 so we didn't have any issues getting sleep. The house is on a very nice street, but, again as others have said, a block or two over the neighborhood is a little sketchier than we would have liked. But we had no issues whatsoever.The unit more than adequately served our purpose, which was to attend our daughter's graduation and move her stuff out of her apartment. Overall, it was roomy enough for the two of us and very clean.

Hosts are very responsive & accommodating! Our group had a couple concerns regarding our luggage & the hosts made sure we had everything figured out. The property is very beautifully maintained & is within a 10 minute walk of the subway. If public transport isn’t for you, there are plenty of Uber/Lyfts in the area. I would stay here again when visiting Boston!

Very nice property and very clean. Nicely decorated and updated. Would have appreciated a standard (regular) coffee maker and some instructions on how to operate the nespresso. We also thought there was a washer and dryer based on the listing, but this 2 bedroom unit does not have them.

Great Location

I needed a one night stay before starting a tour throughout New England. This location was easy to get to from the trains, the apartment was wonderfully kept and easy to stay in. If you’re in the area, I would consider this location.

A perfect jewel

The area is very convenient for getting to Boston and surrounding areas. Ashmont metro is less than 10 mins walk. Some of it is a little eclectic and colourful. Limited restaurants in the area, you really need to drive. The property is fantastic a real home from home. Very well fitted out loved sitting outside in the morning reading a book with a cup of coffee. Great communication from the owner. Beautiful touches in the property and well equipped. Eddie was fantastic and very professional. Really enjoyed our stay.

College tour trip

My twins and I stayed here to visit four colleges in Boston. It was a great place to stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space that I used in the morning to drink my coffee. The place was spotless and the owners communicated very well.

Beautiful property with one major flaw

We have never stayed in a VRBO property as nice, clean and well appointed as this one. It was perfect by any measure except for one significant problem. This was a well restored Victorian home with one unit over the second unit. There is essentially no noise insulation between the units. We were unfortunate to have occupants above us that played music and operated their tv past midnight every evening, the first night to 1:30 a.m. As we are senior adults and try to retire in early evening the result was we were unable to fall asleep. Every night was the same experience. We tried cotton balls to muffle the sound but no relief. If staying here bring ear plugs or plan to stay up late.

Beautiful apartment!

We loved our stay! The apartment was immaculate, and the bedrooms were bigger than expected, with two separate bathrooms really adding to the appeal. There was plenty of space for our party of two couples. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen mostly well appointed. The backyard area was lovely, although we weren't aware that the office/bar structure would not be accessible until we arrived. Also, there was not a regular coffee maker (only a nespresso machine), which was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that we truly enjoyed our time at the Ashmont House!
