Doesn’t look fancy from outside. But rooms are very clean, renovated. Definitely will stay again. Usually a 4-5 star traveler, very happy for what I got for the money.

The hotel is clean, right on the Charles River walking path, and a short distance to downtown Waltham. We brought our small dog, so they accommodated a room on the first floor close to the lobby door...so easy to make the frequent bathroom breaks for the pup. It's a no frills place, but it is comfortable and simple, with a nice kitchenette, and we felt it was so easy to come and go. Duane responded so promptly to questions and for help. This is our second stay, and we'll go back whenever we want to visit our daughter who lives in Waltham.

Dana was here when we arrived- what a pleasure! Kind considerate and informative. The room is spacious- looks out on the Charles river. The room was clean, the shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable. Excellent value as we come down from Vermont to see a specialist for my mother.
