Magnificent independent villa developed on 2 floors, nestled in a rural setting in the beautiful village of Valsequillo. Place located east of the island of Gran Canaria. Due to its location it is close to hiking spots and at the same time close to the beautiful beaches of Melenara, Salinetas and a little further south with the beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. The villa of about 300 m2. , consists of a 1st floor with living room, kitchen and terrace-solarium-barbecue and the 2nd floor with 3 large bedrooms. And two bathrooms, of which one is in the master bedroom and the other bathroom between both bedrooms.
During your stay at this chalet, you'll be close to Real Club de Golf Las Palmas. Features include 1 hot tub and laundry facilities.
