Best hotel staff I have encountered. Friendly, helpful and professional. Bed comfortable. Rooms clean and quiet. Not 5 stars because hall carpets need cleaning and rooms across from pool are noisy as well as being next to exit, so constantly hear pool and exit doors slamming shut

Not only do they have a complimentary breakfast but they also have a complimentary dinner. And it was a very nice one too. The price was always a little out of our budget but we always wanted to give them a try. This time the price was in our budget and we jumped at it and we're very glad we did. And when you figure in the free dinner, the price is lower than most high end hotels. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and didn’t show much wear. Breakfast was good. Afternoon manager food was good. They do need to add seating in the eating area. Someone else mentioned the toilet paper being one ply. I agree that needs upgrading. Other than that a typical Drury Inn stay.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The front desk, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance staff are very friendly and considerate. The room itself is nice and I thought the bed was comfortable. I wish there was a bit more lounge space in the bedroom so we didn't have to watch TV by sitting on the bed -- a 2nd padded chair with ottoman or some kind of loveseat up against a wall would have been perfect. Here are some items where they could improve: - The bathroom needs a redo - the floor and bathtub/shower tiles are getting old and the grout is dirty; the tub is worn and the anti-slip bottom is not anti-slip any longer. - The breakfast and dinner area is congested and could use more tables for 2. That said, the food is delicious.
