Staff was courteous but not sure why the elevator was all the way to back of the hotel. That was a bit inconvenient. Also wondering why, the hotel doesn't have a sliding door in the front. When you have a lot of luggage and or your hands are full, it is very inconvenient especially with a drink in one hand to open the single door.

The first room we were given still had trash, the beds were unmade, and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. When I informed the front desk, there was no apology or acknowledgment, just a set of new key cards handed to me for another room. The staff was not friendly at all. Overall, a disappointing experience.
