I checked in after midnight (around 1 a.m.) due to travelling up north and booking this place last minute. I had expected a proper 4 star experience, but this hotel is nowhere near that standard at best, it’s a 3 star if that. The room was unpleasant and felt neglected, nothing like what you’d expect from a supposedly “premium” hotel. There was no air conditioning anywhere in the building, which made it uncomfortable, and the atmosphere wasn’t great either noisy, with drunken guests hanging around outside well into the night. To top it off, when I went to my car in the morning, someone had messed about with it – no damage, but my windscreen wipers had been left standing upright. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about the kind of people staying or loitering here. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and certainly not worth the 4 star rating it advertises. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.

Both have a friendly, approachable and professional attitude towards customers, not just ourselves but with every person I seen them interact with during our stay. From the start of our stay until the end the staff were incredible. The customer service was next to none that I've experienced. I would like to mention specifically, Josh, Sez, leanne and Zeya. We spent a few days at the hotel after our wedding and they made the experience extremely enjoyable. The professional approach and service was unbelievable and made for an unforgettable time.

“Perfect for Families – Interconnected Rooms & Super Easy Access!" We stayed here as a family of five and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The interconnected rooms were ideal, plenty of space, privacy for the adults, and peace of mind with the kids close by. The location was spot on, just a few minutes off the motorway, which made it so easy after a long day of driving. Best of all, the hotel has free parking on-site,no stress, no extra charges. Highly recommend for families on the move!

Nice hotel

Booked a room the night before my graduation. The hotel was one of the cheaper ones in the area but exceeded expectations. Modern interior, nice bar and cosy but spacious rooms. We had a slight issue with cleanliness in our room, but the manager couldn’t do enough to apologise and rectify this for us. Would stay again if in the area.

did not appreciate the guest bed when we had clearly stated 3 adults staying, we booked hotel a week before ,but was rung by the reservation team 1hr before check in &asked to pay extra £15 for the camp bed which was a shocking state. Had to ask for a extra quilt as mattress was really thin.
