Property assured us we had handicap rooms but there was a tub in it. That’s not handicap. We could hear everyone above us and outside. Every door that shut we could hear. Breakfast was not that good. The are was rubbed down. The C building was very dated and old. Tub dripped, sink was stained so bad it looked like something in it. Bathroom was very dated. They tried to make it look renovated but it was obvious not much updating had been done. We had good memories staying there in the past. But we regretted returning. The staff was kind and greeted well. But the property is the poorest site for a Howard Johnson that we have seen.

Weekend trip

Internet was unconnectable. Was told from front desk I would have to log in every time i came back to the room. Only thing we were happy with was we were off the may strip of traffic. Room was clean and hot tub great. Elevator would have been nice, at our age.

Great when traveling with pets

Hotel being remodeled Room was very clean. Bathroom could use good scrubbing in corners and top of baseboards. The internet was touch and go but the staff of this hotel more than made up for this. If traveling with a small dog this is a great place. We will stay again since we come to Branson 2 to 3 times a year

Had to walk long distance to go in and out. Locks were broken.Only microwave was in the hallway. Pool closed after 1st night. Owners should be embarrassed to rent rooms here.

We got there and it was so scary going to room that we looked in room and got out of there ASAP!! Door didn’t lock, hallway very sketchy, very unsafe! Horrible!

The room had an awful smell the bedspread had big stains on it the shower was dingy and not very cleanUpon entering the room, a pungent odor immediately permeated the air. The unpleasant scent suggested a lack of proper ventilation and cleaning. Further inspection revealed a bedspread marred by prominent stains. These noticeable blemishes detracted significantly from the room's overall appearance. Immediate attention is required to address these hygiene and aesthetic concerns.

Clean with softer than most reasonable motels, no bed bugs, fresh paint and flooring in our room, breakfast is sausage links and eggs with the usual make your own waffle machine. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again.
