Staff was outstanding: courteous, helpful, & accommodating. Areas need improvement: main stove burner didn’t work, handle for kitchen hot water kept coming off, entryway light burned out, no usb ports in the whole condo (not even on the lamps), top plug in every wall outlet in the whole condo did not work. To plug in a block charger you had to unplug a lamp to use the bottom plug! Beautiful place but in need of better maintainance!

We stayed in the deluxe condo with fireplace. The fireplace pilot light kept going out but, that was the only issue we had. Plenty of space and the bed was more comfortable than my home

The rooms were awesome, having teenagers the space was spectacular for them. The views from our deck were awesome and with no one making noise. It was serene. When we go back to branson we wisll definitely be staying at Stonebridge. So great.. 10 thumbs up

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Well kept. Had a couple of minor issues, reported them and they were taken care of within a few hours. Beautiful scenery from deck and windows. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very displeased with our stay. First, it was advertised as a 2 bedroom condo. This was false. In fact it was two 1 bedroom units that did not adjoin. When booking we were asked the number of children and their ages. This set up was completely inappropriate for our small children. Second, these units and the furnishings must not have been updated in 30 years. The couches were gross, and items around the condos were in poor repair but not replaced. The lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of this place was disturbing. I am wondering if it has just been sitting for some time. There were cob webs in most of the corners of the rooms, spiders in the bathroom, and asian beetles on the walls. The most disgusting part has to be the sofa bed. Since the separate units were not idea, we were going to use the sofa bed as an option to try to keep the family together. When the sofa bed was opened there was a huge urine stain and bugs (small, creepy, tiny, moving nasty bugs). There is no after hours number to call unless of an emergency so we had no one to call with these issues when we arrived after the office hours which closed at 5 with a check in time of 4. Not much time to address issues. With no other options, we were forced to split up and use the beds in the 2 units (no visible bugs after thorough inspection). We did not rest well knowing the cleanliness issues. We left personal items in the kitchen hoping not to take any bugs home. We left early in am.

It was very comfortable! It was a bit dated, but that was ok. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. A couple of the concrete stairs moved when stepped on. It was a beautiful area, and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our time there.

Stonebridge emailed me several times making sure I had directions and all information on how to check in. They are very well organized. Amazing price!!! The condo was amazing. It was clean, fully stocked with dishes, laundry detergent, pots, utensils, plates, & cups. AC worked on warm days. A cold front came in & heat worked good the fireplace was a plus. Our condo had great views!!! Definitely recommend & we will book again.
