Escape to the mountains and experience the best of what Breckenridge has to offer at River Park 100A. Sit out on the wrap around balcony while grilling steaks and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ski area while listening to the Blue River trickle by in the summer. Walk just a short distance around the corner and hop a ride on the free shuttle bus into town or to the slopes.

This 3-bedroom 2.5 bath town home is light, bright and so convenient. There’s room for the whole family to spread out with the townhome being able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The living room with balcony, mountain views and gas fireplace is on the middle level along with the dining area, beautiful kitchen and half bath. All the bedrooms are on the top level. There’s a king bed in the master which has a flat screen tv and there is an ensuite bath with separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is large enough for a log framed full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. There is also a flat screen tv in this bedroom for playing DVD's.

There is parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway.
