The location is ideal - close to the Grand Place but far enough away that it is fairly quiet. It's handy for the train station and other amenities like Carrefours. The staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The location was central to Everything! What a treat to stay in a 300 year old structure . A bit quirky layout but super appreciated vs a boring holiday inn. The staff was very pleasant and spoke perfect English. Could not have been nicer.

Perfect location for a visit to Brussels. Within easy walking distance from the train station and right in the centre of everything. It is an old building so no elevator and a lot of stairs but staff are very helpful with luggage.

Amazing location! Really nice big room. Great value for money. We had carry-on bags only, but if you had large suitcases, you might have trouble taking them up the stairs. I would definitely stay here again, mostly because of location and value for money.
