The staff was wonderful!! Checking in was so quick and easy, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great as well something quick and easy on the go and I loved how they had hot coffee ready all day. My husband and I will definitely be coming back here!!

1. I called Mariana in advance of my arrival and confirmed with her that despite you/Expedia only showing a wheelchair accessible room available on Monday, that the motel will keep me in the same room I'm checking into on Wednesday/yesterday (standard king with bathtub) DO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO SWITCH ROOMS. She said yes. However, upon my arrival she revealed that she lied to me; that there are no standard king rooms available in Monday (for my one day extension) and that I'll have to switch rooms. 2. So she gave me a free upgrade to s 2 queen beds room. But failed to inform me that it has no microwave! That no 2 queen beds rooms have one. Yet they consider that an UPGRADE and charge more for those rooms while preventing guests from eating!!! Every room should have fridge and microwave. Period. 3. I found out upon entering the room. I therefore requested that they bring me a microwave. They refused! And moreover, she had the audacity to disrespect me by telling me to get dressed, fix my hair, deal with elevator and humans looking at me and shared her s and viruses every time I need to use microwave ; by traveling to lobby to use the one she says is there. Obviously I told her about herself for such an irrational insult. 4. At check in she said that I was obviously being charged one $50 security deposit since I'm not leaving/since I'm staying until 5/11/25 without checking out. However, hours later I noticed that she took $50 off of my debit card by charging TWO se

The property was a little dingy. Lots of road/freeway noise. Unexpected deposit. Breakfast was a joke - cool milk for cereal (I’m being generous), no napkins, cold coffee.

The staff was great! Room was old and ghetto. Counter for the sink was cracked. The bed was squeaky. The floor was dirty. The door seemed like it may have been broken before it was crooked and caused the door latch to be loose(just makes for an unsettling night).

The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. However, this hotel is very dated and looks run-down. The hot tub didn't work, the pool was cold and very uninviting, and breakfast choices were quite limited. Also, it is extremely noisy there, right next to the freeway.

It was nice quiet and clean for the most part. The building overall is dated and needs some updating. Our fridge didn’t get cold. And my mothers fridge was freezing everything
