Mismanaged booking

They downgraded our lodging without telling us in advance. We booked a cabin in which our three parties could stay together, and they moved us into two studio suites, for us to split our three parties between. The suites weren't even next to each other.

I have stayed at Mt. Princeton many times and this time was not one of the best. The small pools in the quiet area were so dirty this time I didn't even want to get back in. There was skin and debris floating all over the place. Also the dry sauna and steam sauna were out of order, which is a big issue for me. Finally, there seemed to be confusion that we were even there- when I went to check out they had us marked as a no show! There was a big line in the lobby and apparently a lot of people had to change rooms for some reason. Not a very pleasant visit.
