The property is located very close to downtown and the beach which is awesome. Rose main areas are well taken care of, but the areas walking to the rooms and in the rooms need updating. The food is okay. I think the buffet needs fresher food and more variety. It's expensive and marginal. We paid for the all-inclusive. We drank alcohol and the all-inclusive covers the bar tab and the food is free. Well not really but we heard from a non-all-inclusive person we were chatting with that drinks were $15 each so we covered our drinks in the all-inclusive. The Steakhouse at Sunset is a nice atmosphere and a okay view. It is part of the Golf course clubhouse. The floor had us leaning towards the ocean, it was very uncomfortable and sitting inside the view is a roof top and the ocean in the distance $45 each is not worth it. Go to a Steakhouse any Steakhouse. The service was excellent. Fellinins was amazing.. great service, great view, plus up $26 was worth it compared to the buffet cost. One last observation, we had intentions of joining Pueblo Bonito rental program until they basically kicked us out of the presentation sales we were in and after the third salesperson we insisted they book our next two years of vacation. It turns out they can't because they have the program all booked out and it's probably impossible to do. We talked to a past sales representee we met, and he said it was because they over sell the program. "Potential buyer beware"

Did not like that you had to swipe your wrist band for every drink; could only order 2 drinks via room service at a time so very inconvenient. There was no hot tub which limited use as it was chilly after 5 by pool. Very limited dining options and buffet was very similar food every day.

I really enjoyed the service that this resort, Nadia was great to is around the pool. The attention to dietary restrictions and allergies at the restaurants was amazing. We were always able to find something to eat! It's quiet and small but I felt safe and appreciated being able to walk around easily. I would have liked the resort to be a little cleaner, the hallways, escalators, etc need a good wipe down.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were able to change our room location due to mobility issues . Staff are friendly and ask for Luis at the buffet. He is a Gem! Although the building has aged, the room was clean, as well as the rest of the resort and grounds. Being walking distance to outside shops is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay at Pueblo Bonito Rose resort. The staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding, especially enjoyed the poolside food, very good. The waiters around the pool are great, come often to check if you needs drinks or food. Bottled water is available with the all inclusive package included, a huge bonus. Being able to visit the sister resorts is a bonus, enjoyed going to the Sunset Beach resort for dinner and to see the beautiful sunset. The beach is beautiful, and swimmable! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this resort in the future. The only thing I can say that was lacking is the entertainment, other resorts we've been to have a bit more nightly entertainment, but they did have 2 nights with Mexican and Latin entertainment so that was a good bonus.
