This is an amazing hotel. Extremely comfortable with amazing views from every aspect Staff were always helpful and the attentive We stayed in the panaroma room which was spacious with comfortable bed, sofa and chair.

Amazing property in a beautiful location, the views are truly breathtaking. it’s a shame the staff weren't as pleasant. Especially the waiters in the restaurant area. Some of them were very strange in the faces they would pull, maybe smiling is not a thing there or perhaps they’re just so arrogant. They need to remember they just work in the hotel, they don't own it.

This hotel was exceptional in accommodation and service. The view from the balcony was stunning. Unfortunately we were only there for a night and did not have a chance to use the spa services but look forward to returning for a longer stay

I received the best massage I've ever experienced, here. The pools and spa are excellent, would love to come back to return for a relaxing getaway. Transportation to any of the other restaurants, or into the city, is definitely challenging due to how high up on a mountain it's located.

On our honeymoon. The property's was amazing. The rooms were poor. Had an upgraded room with a broken shower curtain and tub. No English TV channels. Laundry is about $150 a load. Some food on the menu was unavailable and the chicken in the salad came from a can. Not a "grilled chicken breast" as they advertised. Transportation up and down the mountain was great. Most staff were very nice some not so much. Pool facilities were great. The best thing is the view. Still not 4 star hotel though.
