We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The waterpark is always a fun activity for the kid's. Hour time slots worked well. Staff were friendly. Food was reasonable. Only issue were the pillows. They were horrible. Please invest in new pillows. Thank you

Great hotel for families. Waterpark is great. The buffet is good and well priced. Overall, this place is fantastic. It is now our go-to Calgary family hotel.

There is some tile in the bathroom that was broken, shower head could be replaced. The blanket on the one bed had blood on it. Im not sure why the pool area has an air conditioner running all the time, water alone is cool.

Nice Stay

Useful shuttle to the hotel. Good pool for the kids with slides. Stayed for 1 night to get a connecting flight and no issues at all. On site restaurant also good quality and value for evening meal

We stayed here 2 years ago, it was amazing. This time, so many things were run down, not taken care of. There’s a one hour time limit on the pool, which for an awesome water park, the kids weren’t able to fully enjoy. The downstairs hot tub was cold, the water falls were not working. Our room stunk with chlorine our eyes were burning.

Property was overall very nice, an older hotel so you can see the age showing. Beds were comfortable and clean. Murphy bed was a great additional for a family room. However as a family room only 3 towels were provided so we had to request for extra towels. Waterpark was great only issue was booking during peak hours was a great idea but once your hour was up there was no one to ask people to leave. So it was just as busy at 9 as it was at 7 because the same families were there. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of options and all the staff were fantastic,
