The jacuzzi room was amazing - updated, clean and so spacious. The staff were very accommodating with early check in. The hotel was nearing full capacity but it was still super quiet, parking was not too difficult evening late at night when most have already parked. Check in and out were both smooth.

Room: we booked a room with 2 queen beds and 1 wall bed. Instead, we got 2 double beds and 1 wall bed. As we were travelling with a group of friends, we felt uncomfortable when sleeping in smaller beds. The staff offered us a second room for which we would have to pay, and kept repeating that their beds are queen size. Breakfast is not included, it’s an all you can eat buffet. But again, coffee and tea are not included in the buffet price. It was very unpleasant to learn it when our bill had arrived , nobody informed us earlier

I think this hotel is the perfect hotel for family. Specially for kids. The kiddie pool was awesome and the breakfast lounge. Also the staff. They are nice and helpful. Kudos to the manager and the staff! Thank you! You make my birthday staycation unforgettable for my family.

Staff were kind and welcoming upon arrival and throughout stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, a little outdated (though that wasn’t a deal breaker), but good nonetheless. We utilized the water park, hot tub, and pool during peak hours. There is no staff member regulating booking times, so there were multiple people there beyond their scheduled time or even with no scheduled time. Thus, making the environment crowded and loud. One downside is the parking lot is a bit offside, which may not be accessible or convenient for those with disabilities or those who are unable to walk longer distances. Overall, the hotel and its amenities were great.
