Welcome to this cosy chalet in Calvià, located just a 7-minute drive from the beach and ideal for 2+2 guests.
The outdoor areas are designed for making the most of Mallorca’s pleasant climate. The property features two terraces with partial privacy, as there are neighbours nearby. One of them has a lawn area and comfortable sun loungers where you can relax in the sunshine. Next to this space, there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. The main terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, making it ideal for enjoying breakfast or delicious outdoor meals with your companions.
The interior is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bright living and dining room with air conditioning and a sofa bed for two people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob and all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Upstairs, you will find a second air-conditioned room with a table that is perfect for remote working. The main bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning, and there is also a full bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
Calvià is one of the island’s most complete destinations, ideal for combining nature, beaches and gastronomy. In the historic centre, you will discover quiet streets, traditional architecture and the Church of Sant Joan Baptista. Galatzó is very close by and offers hiking routes through mountains, forests and historic ethnographic features, perfect for discovering Mallorca’s landscape. Sea lovers can visit beaches such as Santa Ponça, Palmanova or Portals Vells, enjoy water sports and stroll along the pleasant coastal areas.
