The exterior of the property is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, thanks to its large garden full of corners where you can sunbathe, cook on the barbecue, or have a drink or a meal with your companions. In addition, there are several furnished terraces where you can have breakfast admiring the sea views or enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by your family and friends. The star of the show will undoubtedly be the large above-ground pool, 5 m in diameter and 1 m deep, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Being located in the village, there are neighbors close to the house.
The interior of this two-storey house is thoughtfully designed for your relaxation and comfort. On the main floor, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV with satellite channels, a dining room that opens onto the garden, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas hob. This floor also features three bedrooms, all with fans. Two bedrooms have twin beds, while the third offers a double bed. Two separate bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower—serve this level.
Upstairs, there is an additional living room with air conditioning and a TV, a second kitchen with a gas cooker, and three more bedrooms, all also equipped with fans. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third contains a single bed. This floor is also serviced by two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
