This charming agritourism property located in Campos features a private pool, spacious outdoor areas, and independent accommodation units. It is perfect for groups of up to 16 people.
The main building of the agritourism property offers spacious outdoor areas designed for enjoying the good weather and the peace of the rural surroundings. One of its main highlights is the private chlorine pool measuring 11 x 5.5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.20 m, perfect for cooling off, swimming, or relaxing in the sun. Younger guests also have a children’s pool measuring 2.5 m in diameter and 0.40 m deep, ideal for playing and bathing. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and parasols, creating the perfect space to rest during the day. The pool lights switch on automatically from 22:00 to 00:00. Next to the pool, there is a furnished porch with comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing in the shade, enjoying a drink in peace, or sharing restful moments with family and friends. The house also has another porch equipped with a barbecue and a long table where you can enjoy outdoor meals. In this same outdoor area, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The interior is distributed over two floors and preserves the charm of traditional Mallorcan architecture, with stone walls, exposed beams, and spacious, bright rooms. On the ground floor, there is a first living area equipped with two sofas, a dining area, and a fully equipped ceramic hob kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. On this same floor, there is a second kitchen-living-dining area, also very welcoming, with a gas stove. There are also two bedrooms, both with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bathtub. Upstairs, there is a pleasant small lounge with two sofas and two more bedrooms, each with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
In addition to the main building, the agritourism property has three apartments designed to offer greater privacy and comfort within the same estate. In the same building, but with private access from outside, are the s’Ametller and s’Olivera apartments, both for 2 guests. Both have the same single-storey interior layout: an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with a sofa, table and ceramic hob, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. S’Ametller also has a small terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a peaceful moment.
On the other hand, Sa Bovera is located in an independent building, providing an even more private atmosphere. This apartment for 4 people has a private chlorine pool measuring 2.5 m, with a depth of 1.40 m, ideal for cooling off. Outside, there is a terrace with a table where you can relax after a full day at the beach. The interior offers an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with a sofa and ceramic hob, and has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower for the whole accommodation.
Each accommodation keeps its own space and character, allowing guests to enjoy the agritourism property as a whole without giving up moments of privacy and rest. All bedrooms have air conditioning and, if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the main building.
Located in the rural surroundings of Campos, it offers a peaceful and very authentic atmosphere in the south of the island, surrounded by agricultural paths and Mediterranean scenery. The location is perfect for enjoying nature while also being close to some of the island’s attractions. The village of Campos is just a short distance away, with its market, restaurants, shops and local life. Towards the coast, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita stand out, with their white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, ideal for swimming, walking or watching the sunset.
The capacity of this property is 16 + 0 guests. The base rate covers 16 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 0 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
