The hotel was laid out well. The food was very, very good--but the ala-carte restaurant does not have air conditioning in it and it was very uncomfortable. Our only complaint was that we had no hot water in our bathroom/shower/tub and we alerted them and it was never fixed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the customer service was excellent. However, we are giving only 3 stars because we booked under the VIP package, which included a complimentary room upgrade, a bottle of wine, and a \$50 coupon—but none of these were provided. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was because of the water slides and the covered play structure for kids. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found that the play structure had been removed due to ongoing renovations, which was disappointing. Additionally, booking restaurant reservations was a challenge. Everything was fully booked within the first 15 minutes of availability, and the only times left were after 9 PM—far from ideal, especially for families with young children. Lastly, the family rooms lacked privacy. There were no doors separating the sleeping areas—just a curtain—and both the shower and toilet stalls had glass doors with no locks, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

If you like swimming in the Sea, this place is not for you. Water is not clear, lots of sea weeds. Resort by it self is not bad: rooms clean and nice pools

Wonderful first time experience at this all inclusive resort. The staffs were extremely friendly, especially Samuel at guest service. He went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. This resort was also kid friendly and kept us entertained everyday with different activities.

The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly but don’t expect much from the beach. A lot of algae in the water and sand so it is imposible to get in the water. They smell was no very pleasant but you get use to it after a couple of days. Resort has a few pool areas that compensates for the beach and I think their service and food was great. Make sure you go to different restaurants every night.
