Loved everything about the resort, everyone is so friendly from the moment you get off the car Mr. Escalante greets with a nice drink and welcome you to the check- in. The room are so nice and clean. The food is so delicious and waiter are very nice and helpful magaly and Alfredo. Loved my trip! The only thing was the beach with the seaweed but pool was great!

This resort is 10/10!! Loved the property, multiple pools, loads of choice of restaurant, entertainment was excellent. The staff could not be more helpful or welcoming. The seaweed is a huge issue though so bear that in mind if you plan on swimming in the sea, its out of their control of course.

Overall a really lovely hotel; plenty of restaurant options, buffet food was excellent, and we loved the bowling alley, and the coffee shop. The swimming pools were fab, the photography sessions were excellent. Rooms were cleaned well and there were so many places to relax around the lobby and outside. Overall service was haphazard, but we got the impression this was because everyone was overworked rather than them choosing to be a bit slack.

We booked an ocean front room for 2 people with double beds (not a couple). When we checked in they told us that we had this beautiful room but it was a king bed. That would not due. They finally found us a room but it was overlooking the kiddie pool and a severe downgrade. No compensation was provided to us. Also the reservation system needs to be improved. There should be an option for a waitlist as all the privileged guests book up all the spots and then don't show up. I will say they did a wonderful job keeping the property and the beach clean and the food was good. A little disappointed in some of the a la carte experiences where the staff didn't seem to know what was on the menu and they insisted I bring my phone for the menu when I was trying to unplug for the week. It was my second visit to this resort and it was not as good as the last time I went. I also didn't like the selling of the "welcome breakfast" which was just a sales pitch to join there club.

The stay at the resort was wonderful. The room we stayed in could use some updates in the bathroom but that wasn't a big deal for us. All staff at the resort are very kind and attentive. Everyone at the privileged lounge was exceptionally pleasant. The resort is well kept all around. Kids enjoyed the activites at the Daisy Club. Very family friendly place.

Nice property. So so food. So so service. The food was not great and for some reason they kept telling us the restaurants were full even when they weren't. We had some members of the staff yell at us and giving us attitude of we asked for menu modifications. There were loud parties going on until late at night that kept us awake. The food was the biggest disappointment, even at the a la carte restaurants. Restaurant staff seemed (especially the hostesses) disorganized and not motivated. Route 66 was completely uneditable. The Mexican hot dogs at the poolside bbq were the best food all week. The room and view was very nice, but unfortunately I will not be returning to this resort.

Overall the resort was beautiful and we had a great time. We did have a problem with the hotel remodeling the room next door to us and the paint fumes were so strong in our room we had to leave the door open. Our clothes even smell like it. We only had 2 nights there and didn’t want to have the hassle of moving rooms, but it was not a relaxing night sleep with the smell.
