With 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people, it is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has wifi internet and an office designed for teleworking. On the ground floor from where you enter the property, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a nice living room with Smart TV, a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. On the upper floor of the flat there are two spacious bedrooms and direct access to a cosy outdoor terrace with sea views, where you can relax or have lunch. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobe and the second bedroom has a single bed. On the same floor there is also a complete bathroom and an office with a desk, ideal for teleworking and access to a charming balcony with sea views and an outdoor table.
