Strategically located within less than 10 mins walk to Finn's Beach Club and biggest beach club in South East Asia: Atlas Beach Fest (Formely Holywings). LUXURY villa located down a secluded lane, just 100 meters walk from Berawa Beach. .All 3 master bedrooms with private ensuites (1 with king bed, other 2 with a choice of king bed or 2 single beds), have a gorgeous view of the 10 x 5 metre sparkling pool. 2 plush lounge areas, 60 inch smart TV with Netflix and massage table. 8 poolside sun lounges & lots of comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the Sonos sound system.

There are many beach clubs, restaurants, cafes, at the popular Canggu area, whilst the well-known suburb of Seminyak with its nightlife and top notch restaurants is a 10 - 15 minute drive from VILLA MARTÔN.

A sun drenched pool area, with views from every bedroom also has an outdoor lounge attached. Full staff to cater for every possible need completes the picture.

There is ongoing construction near the villa, which may occasionally cause noise disturbance. However, not all construction work results in noise. If this is a concern, please discuss it with us before booking. We appreciate your understanding.
