This home is ideal for family gathering or any group looking to have a wonderful time on the picturesque shores. There is a cottage next to the main house that may be rented out during your stay. It can accommodate 6 guests. This cottage shares the lake front access. Rent the house by itself or rent both to sleep 16 people.
In the cozy living room, you will be greeted with stunning views of the lake. It is a great place to relax after a long day on the water! The open dining room and kitchen also offer another opportunity to soak in the scenery! There is a second dining space as well with a full size sofa sleeper (best for the little ones) the owners have added a stand up Galaga arcade game . Right off the kitchen there is a 'mud room' with a washer and dryer, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a King size bed and an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony, off the master suite, is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sites. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom also has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view.
This home is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This home can accommodate 10. You can bring an air mattress for 2 additional guests max. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property.
This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 away from Historic Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Schlitterbahn water park.
